Developed in accordance with domestic and international standards including IEC 439-1 and GB 7251.1-2005, this high-performance Switchgear meets the growing demands of the power market and competes with leading imported products, making it widely adopted by power users across various industries.
Designed for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textile and high-rise buildings, the GCS low-voltage draw-out switchgear serves as complete low-voltage distribution equipment for power distribution, centralized motor control and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems. It is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring high automation and computer interface, such as large-scale power plants and petrochemical systems, supporting three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated operational voltage of 380 (400) V / 600 V, and rated current up to 5000 A.
The product features a comprehensive main circuit design with 36 main circuit schemes and 87 specifications, excluding derived schemes from auxiliary circuit control and protection changes. These schemes are compiled with input from design, manufacturing, testing and user departments, meeting the demands of power generation, power supply and consumption systems. With a rated operational current up to 5000A, it supports distribution Transformer units of 2500kVA and below. Specialized capacitor compensation cabinets and reactor cabinets are also included to address power factor improvement needs and comprehensive investment cost considerations.
The auxiliary circuit system offers 120 schemes in two volumes: 63 schemes for AC operation and 57 schemes for DC operation. DC operation schemes are mainly applied to low-voltage station service systems of power plants, compatible with generating units of 200MW and below as well as 300MW and below, covering conventional control modes for working/standby power incoming lines, power feeders and motor feeders. AC operation schemes are designed for low-voltage systems of industrial and mining enterprise substations and high-rise buildings, directly applicable to engineering design. The system supports DC control power supply of 220V or 110V, and AC control power supply of 380V or 220V, with a reserved 24V power supply for weak signal applications.
Key technical parameters include main circuit rated voltage of AC380(400)/(600)V, auxiliary circuit rated voltage of AC220, 380(400)V and DC110, 220V, rated frequency of 50(60)Hz, rated insulation voltage of 600(1000)V, horizontal busbar rated current up to 5000A, vertical busbar (MCC) rated current of 1000A, busbar rated short-time withstand current of 50kA/1S and 80kA/1S, busbar rated peak withstand current of 105kA/0.1S and 176kA/0.1S, power frequency test voltage of 2500V/1min for main circuit and 1760V/1min for auxiliary circuit, and protection degree of IP30 or IP40. It supports both three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire busbar systems with A.B.C.PE.N configurations.
